Linsey Rosland brings more than 25 years of leadership experience and over six years in senior living to her role as Executive Director at The Auberge at Naperville. Her passion for memory care was shaped by her personal journey after her father was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia. As an adult daughter navigating senior living, she experienced firsthand the importance of compassionate guidance and trusted support for families during difficult transitions.
Dedicated to serving residents living with dementia, Linsey is committed to providing exceptional care while creating a community that feels like home. Over the past two years, she has fostered a strong culture of caring at The Auberge, working alongside an incredible team whose compassion and dedication ensure every resident feels valued, connected, and supported at every stage of their journey.
